How often should I service brake components?
That is a rather loaded answer. It is dependent on driving conditions. Someone who drives more in the city (stop and go) versus one who drives on the highway will need their brakes serviced and inspected more frequently. One who drives hilly terrains will require more frequent service than those on flat grounds. One who has a loaded vehicle or tows will too require more frequent service. Additionally quality of components as well as service history all play a crucial role in brake life.
I have entered the world of towing/hauling and noticed a reduced ability to stop any way this can be helped?
While although we cannot change physics a loaded vehicle will take a longer stopping distance vs unloaded vehicle we can implement measures to improve braking ability. From items as simple and economical as using higher quality premium materials to installing slotted or cross drilled rotors adding another barrier against brake fade, replacing rubber hoses with steel braided for better feel, to as extreme as installing "Big Brake Kits" we can ensure you remain safe as possible.

My brakes are making noise and I just had them serviced! Can you help?
Certainly. We can inspect for foreign object intrusion- Ensure there isn't vibrational rubbing with related hardware- Scuff the pads for better seating- Service the slides for easier movement- Down to replacing items with higher grade materials.
Do you service drum brakes?
Absolutely. From just a minor clean and adjust adding a greater service life to replacing shoes, drums, hardware, or wheel cylinders we can help.
Do you do conversions? Drum to Rotor or Big Brake kits?
When applicable yes. Contact us for details also let us know asap if you are considering such endeavor as research is required-part availability/interchangeability what other items will be required ie bearings/hub will a different diff be required or can a adapter plate be sourced etc.
Do you paint calipers?
Yes we can match the body coat of paint, a flat black/grey to become more inconspicuous or any color or design you choose.
We can also install caliper covers to appear like their more expensive counterparts- while performance won't improve looks sure will.
I have recently upgraded my rims and am sick of the brake dust how can you help?
We can install higher quality ceramic pads and rotors or install rim dust shields available in a variety of designs to compliment your vehicles new shoes.
